For those of you who may not know, ‘meat glue’ is a compound which is added to meat to create an invisible and durable bond. Smaller, low quality bits of meat are usually glued together to form, what looks like, a larger cut of meat…doesn’t sound nice but many government agencies advocate it as safe!
